As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for people interested in becoming a Business Fit Club Business Advisor (“Associate”).
The Business Fit Club is a business training and mentoring organisation who’s primary purpose is to work with the owners of smaller businesses to unlock the potential within their business and thereby help them to achieve their business and personal goals.
There are some 4.6m businesses in our target market within the UK. We aim to cover the requirements for the full life span of a business “from the cradle to the grave”. In other words, providing support for those considering starting a business right the way through to business owners planning an exit strategy. We have created our programmes, workshops and materials accordingly.
We are confident that the time is right to franchise the business and are consequently looking to recruit Associates of the appropriate calibre throughout the UK. What does it take to become a Business Fit Club Associate?
We are looking for well-rounded, practical, experienced business people who are committed to supporting business owners in their area and playing a part in assisting with local initiatives for growth and development.
They may be individuals who are currently business advisors who are seeking a new challenge and want to become part of our growing organisation. Equally they may have recently come out of a corporate environment with the requisite business skills and need a framework within which to achieve that.
We see the Business Fit Club Associate being a team player, while still enjoying the independence of running their own business. If you think you fit the bill and want to find out more, go to next steps.
