Mary Carter - Managing Director
Mary is one of the founding directors of Business Fit Club and has spent many years running and developing her own successful businesses in the property and construction sector and will often tell you that she has “been there, done it and got the t-shirt”!
She has an inherent love of business, both her own and others and is at her best when she can “roll up her sleeves” and help business owners develop the potential in their business. Read more.
John Basinger - Franchise Development Director
John is also a founding director of Business Fit Club and had spent many years as a commercial loss adjuster, heading up multi-disciplinary large loss teams. He was Director in charge of his company’s largest regional team in UK.
More recently he has created and run his own Business Continuity Consultancy, with a blue chip client base.
John is best described as someone who is close to the top, able to broker deals and ease difficult situations. Read more.
Grainne Ridge - Programme Director
Grainne joined Business Fit Club in 2010, having spent 5 years running her own sales consultancy, adapting quickly to businesses across a range of sectors. In her previous corporate life she gained extensive experience in all areas of business from accountancy to sales, latterly specialising in creative and effective training design.
The qualities she brings to the team - strategic approach to business development, well developed face to face and written communication skills, (has written 3 books) and the ability to see from all parties’ perspectives.
