FAQs

1. How do we ensure our business objectives will be met?

Talk to us about your objectives and we will be able to advise you on the right course of action to meet those needs, which could be a programme or just some of our specialist workshops.

We always limit the numbers on any of our programes or workshops to ensure there is interaction between the group and time to provide specific input to each delegate.

2. Do you guarantee results from your courses?

You need to be sure what results you are looking for. You also need to understand that just turning up on the day will not be enough. You have to be prepared to go away and implement further work outside the session. We are confident we can help you meet your objectives but if we do not, we would give you your money back.

3. How quickly will we see results?

We always aim for some “quick wins”. By listening to each of our Members and finding out what is happening in their business we are able to provide them with some key actions which should drive in early benefits.

4. How do you ensure quality of course materials?

Our materials have been designed by us and use proven methods to improve and build business. We constantly review our methodology and take regular feedback from our Members and strive to meet their needs. PowerPoint may be used as a support but often is not used at all.

5. Can we speak to existing Members?

We are very happy for you to speak to our Members, and with their permission will pass on their details to you.

6. Do we have access to additional resources?

In between sessions you will have extra contact from us which may be in the form of e-mails or conference calls. We always encourage our Members to call or e-mail us if there is some additional help or advice they require in-between sessions.

Our Members have access to the Members’ area of the website where they can see which other businesses are doing our workshops, make Member to Member offers and simply ask a question or provide some useful information to the “club”.

7. With a diverse range of business owners and business types, how do you cater for everyone?

Different business owners will have different requirements and they will also have different ways in which they learn. Our starting point is to establish the gaps - what is and what is not in place and build from there. Our methods support different types of learning skills and our delivery makes learning easy.

8. How can I be sure I will be making a good investment?

We are very confident that once you embark on one of our programmes you will very quickly reap the benefit, not only in terms of money, but you will spend your time more wisely. As a result you will feel more confident and happier about your business.

9. Can you tailor a particular element or part of a programme?

We offer parts of our programmes as stand alone modules and these can be attended by anyone on the programme (at a preferential rate) if they feel they need further, in-depth support or they can access modules on line in the near future.

We are also happy to offer our tailored programmes “in-house” where a number of members from one company would like to participate. To discuss your requirements please give us a call.
